The following is the agreement between the heirs to the thrones of the East and the Middle Kingdoms
Saturday
There will be a marshal’s meeting in the late afternoon at 4 or 6 pm or as schedules allow. This meeting will clarify and bring to clear understanding all the rules and victory conditions for each battle.
Sunday
Immediately following Opening Ceremony, which starts at 1 pm, the Heroic Champions Tournament will take place:
5 fighters chosen and matched in advance (which can include the Crown Princes) The Crowns of each Kingdom can marshal, worth 1 war point
30 minute break
Belted Champions Battle
20 members of the Order of the Chivalry from the Middle and East fought to the last man, worth 1 war point. The Crown Princes may compete, the Crowns can marshal, Members of the Chivalry that fought in the Heroic point may not fight.
Unbelted Champions Battle
35 fighters who are not members of the Order of Chivalry from the Middle and East fought to the last man, worth 1 war point. The Crown can marshal, Crown Princes may fight.
Monday
Valley Battle
Begins at 10 am, 90 minute resurrection battle worth 2 war points. List field (see map) 350 feet long with a 50 foot resurrection area at each end. Bisected by a 30 foot wide river which is flanked by two 150 foot long 75 foot wide irregular mountains. Fighting may take place over the mountain to a distance of 5 hay bales from the points. Only the Order of Chivalry and Royalty may walk in the river. It will be 100 feet from the resurrection line to the corner of the mountains. Three banners will be placed in a north-south line equal distance in the center of the battlefield, the center banner will be in the center of the river.
Victory conditions: Highest number of banner possessions from all 3 checks. The first 2 checks will be choosen at random by the Queens as follows:
1st Between 20 and 35 minutes
2nd Between 55 and 70 minutes
3rd At 90 minutes
The envelopes drawn by the Queens will be opened at 18 and 53 minutes by the marshal in charge of keeping time. A 9 foot radius of fighters will fight for contested banners to the last man. Each banner will have a pulley system with red and blue flags. Only a flag raised above a certain point will be scored.
Missile Weapons: Combat archers may only fire a total of 50 arrows or bolts, no gleening. Siege weapons will stay at the resurrection line and will have a flag in front of them to be declared dead if captured.
Town Battle
Begins at 2 pm, three 18 minute battles with resurrection for the first 9 minutes. A hold will be called and it will be announced when resurrection stops. Field 400x600 feet, each side will help build one wall from the hay bales from the Armored Valley Battle. The town will consist of 12 buildings in 3 rows of 4 buildings each clustered in the center of the field. There will be 4 buildings each of 15x15 20x20 and 30x30 foot buildings. Each building will have doors on either side 4 feet wide perpendicular to the resurrection line. The outside rows of buildings will be mirrored, order to be determined by the battlefield coordinator.
Victory conditions: Best 2 of 3 gets one war point. Each side stars with 2 flags that must be planted in a particular randomly drawn building per the negotiated rules. Once both flags are planted the battle stops. If the flag bearer is killed the flag resurrects to the resurrection line. The flag can be passed among the living.
Tuesday
Woods Battle
Begins at 10 am, 90 minute resurrection battle worth 2 war points. One banner will be placed in a fixed position by the side that is behind in war points beginning 30 minutes prior to the start of the battle. The banner will be no closer than 200 feet from the north edge of the woods, and no closer than 100 feet from the east or west edges of the woods. The marshals shall determine that the banner is placed in a safe, unobstructed location. The side ahead in war points shall choose the east or west resurrection point on the south edge of the battlefield. Holds will be bubble until the last 10 minutes, then all holds will be general. No combat archery or siege weapons. No combat within 100 feet of the resurrection line.
Victory conditions: at 90 minutes banner possession will be checked. The banner will have a pulley system, 1 red 1 blue. If contested, all fighters within a 9 foot radius will fight to the last man.
Rapier Fields
2 battles worth one war point each to be fought in the town battle site with buildings removed.
1st battle no DFB to the last man
2nd battle included DFB to begin 15 minutes after the 1stbattle ends. Each side gets to build obstacles of no more than 100 bales of hay total, fought to the last man.
Wednesday
Archery Champions shoot begins at 10 am, worth 1 war point. Each team will consist of 30 archers to include 20 from the Middle and East and 10 from Allies by Kingdom of residence. Various shoots per the negotiated rules, distances to be determined by the Crowns the day of the shoot.
Youth Combat Tournament, co-sponsored by the East and Middle Kingdoms, begins at 2 pm.
Queens water balloon fight 4 pm at the fort.
Thursday
Bridges
Begins at 10 am, three 30 minute battles worth 1 war point each. 5 bridges, 4 18 feet wide middle bridge 27 feet wide. Each bridge is 75 feet long and 75 feet apart. All holds are bubble until the last 5 minutes or a breakout occurs. Archery and siege weapons in the third battle only, same rules as the valley battle. Battles will begin 15 minutes after the end of the previous battle.
Victory conditions: possession of 3 of 5 bridges. Possession is determined by raising a flag on both sides of the middle of the bridge. Contested bridges will be sealed and fought to the last man.
Allied Champions Battle begins at 1 pm, worth 1 war point, rules to be determined by the Allied Crowns or their representatives.
Rapier Woods
Begins at 2 pm, 1 battle worth 1 war point. Resurrection battle up to 65 minutes. 3 banners will be lined up equidistant from the north and south ends of the woods. Each side starts at the same end as their Armored counterparts.
Victory conditions: Possession of the majority of banners at 3 time checks, from 15-25 minutes 35-45 minutes and 55-65 minutes. Times will be randomly drawn by the Queens. Sealed
envelopes will be opened by the marshal in charge of keeping time at 13, 33 and 53 minutes. Only flags raised above a certain point will be scored. At the final check contested banners will be fought out in a 9 foot radius to the last man.
Friday
Field Battle
Begins at 10 am, 3 battles fought to the last man on a 600x800 foot field, worth one war point each. Archery and Siege in the third battle only using the rules previously established.
Rapier Champions
Begins at 2 pm, worth 1 war point. Each side will field a team of 31 fencers, 20 from each primary Kingdom and 11 from Allies by Kingdom of residence. All participants and pairings determined ahead of time. Each side will have exactly 31 fencers to choose from.
All Week
Populace Archery Shoot 1 war point for each of 3 shoots, Clout, Window and Retreating Man. Rules for each shoot determined per the negotiated rules. Each archer may only shoot once for each point, bows may be used by multiple shooters provided they are inspected for each archer.
