Copied from the Middle Bridge:
To answer some question regarding the upcoming A and S season:
First, prereg is now *open* and the links are at the bottom of the KMOAS page on midrealm.org. I have also sent them to Middlebridge and MidLaurel. They are also at the bottom of this page.
Second, entrants and judges *must* be signed up by midnight the Saturday before your Regional. I will then deactivate the option for your Regional with a note that prereg is closed for that Regional.
Third, walk in entries will *NOT* be accepted. Please stress this to
everyone.
Fourth, all judges will be sent a note designating that they have signed up to judge and an outline of what we would like to occur with face to face judging.
Fifth, register by email is *not *an acceptable option. Online registration or snail mail to Una *only*.
Sixth, we would like to use the following tentative schedule. We know this will have to wrap around courts etc., particularly at Coronation.
9 AM Check in begins
10 AM Judges Meeting
10:15 Entrants meet with judges to determine a time to return
10:30 Judging begins
1-2 Judges lunch and public viewing of entries
4 PM Judging ends
Seventh, Face to face judging should not last more than 30 minutes. Also, judges still will need to score the entry and turn in the sheets. I anticipate the judges spending time developing their questions and ideas, meeting with the entrant, then sending them away to finish.
Eighth, when the buttom on the prereg sites comes up and says "Done!" go ahead and press it. Yes, you have completed prereg and no further steps are needed. Really, I mean it. You don't have to send me an email. It REALLY means done!
Finally, congratulations to Baroness Una for being placed on vigil for the Pelican. Well-deserved and overdue!

Judges: www.surveymonkey.com/s/9T2N9L7
/end copy.
This means that Pentamere entrants have until Midnight Sat Night, April 30th, to register their entries. I also checked with Master Llew and he did say that if you register an entry and find that you (or it) cannot make it to the Faire, you need only E-mail himself or Baroness Una and let them know. No penalties. ;-)
